USY (South Area United Synagogue Youth)

Please click on the BULLETINS link at the bottom of the page to see what's happening this month in SAUSY!!

SAUSY is religious youth program that connects Jewish teens all throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Uganda.

Our chapter (SAUSY) is part of the New England region (NERUSY). Members can chose from local chapter events (lounge nights), regional events (camp), or international events (Wheels). Being a teen is challenging in itself, but wanting to meet peers with the same religious views, may be even harder. USY makes it easier for young adults to connect, learn, grow, and just have fun. See what fun we're up to by viewing our USY Gallery Page.

Our younger youth program is known as Kadima.

Testimonials from past USY members

"Not only did I have a blast during my time in USY, I built lifelong friendships. At my wedding, a few of my bridesmaids were friends I made at USY. Not only did I make amazing friendships, but I learned many skills about leadership and organizing events, which I feel helped me with my career today." - Meredith Wish, 25, USY President 2007
